Rajesh plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day leadership and operational efficiency that mirrors the mission and core values of the organisation. He drives the organisation to achieve cash flow, business goals and objectives. Rajesh’s portfolio includes cost management, program planning and management, stakeholder management, building and motivating large teams and mentoring future leaders. Rajesh brings with him over 29 years of accomplishments in international health and livelihood assignments in India, Liberia and Zambia. He has a rich experience in converging philanthropic approaches and entrepreneurship methodologies to create sustainable development programmes and achieve impact on large scale. Rajesh holds his Post Graduation in Sociology and Bachelors in Science. Before joining WISH, he was Chief Operating Officer at MAMTA- Health Institute for Mother and Child.
Head Finance & Administration
A goal driven and seasoned finance/management professional, Mousumi leads strategic financial planning and variance analysis. A qualified Chartered Accountant with Cost Accountant (ICWA) she holds a Dipolma in Systems Audit and a specialised training in SAP-Financial Accounting and Controlling.
She brings with her over 15 years of proven track record in project accounting, fundraising, budgeting/planning and managing finance operations. Before joining WISH, she worked as a Finance Manager at Department for International Development (DFID). Outside work, Mousumi enjoys travelling, socialising, interacting with people from different walks of life and is an ardent listener of latino music.
Finance & Grant Specialist
Nirakar implements and monitors WISH’s finance, grant andaccounting across state offices, keeps a strict control on costs and expenditures and ensures standard operation practice system (SOPs) and statutory compliances are met with. A Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Finance, Bachelors in Commerce (Accounting Hons)and a Law graduate. Nirakar brings with him a rich experience of over 23 years in development and finance sectors. Before joining WISH, he was engaged as State Finance and Administration Officer at Kusuma Foundation,Odisha. Nirakar loves music, his morning newspaper and yoga.
Dr. Sanjeeb Kumar Behera
Sanjeeb is responsible for the overall administrative management at WISH. His core competencies include developing knowledge and data base, Liaisoning and Networking. He holds a PhD from School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Masters and Bachelors Degree in History. His sectoral experience includes engagements on projects with a thrust on rural livelihood, children and youth development and HIV/AIDS. Before joining WISH, he served the African-Asian Rural Development Organization. Sanjeeb loves music.
Ruchi heads the urban user-paid healthcare model led by WISH. Her expertise lies in program management, conducting community engagement programs, implementing communication-based community interventions, and capturing community developments through photographs. Ruchi believes that quality healthcare can be delivered by empowering the frontline health workers. A Post Graduate in Human Rights and Graduate in Commerce, she brings with her 13 years of rich experience. Before joining WISH, she was the Community Improvement Advisor at University Research Co. Pvt. Ltd. (URC). Ruchi has co-authored a case study on Institutional Deliveries for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). She is a life time member of WhiteRibbon Alliance(WRA). Ruchi loves to travel and listen music.
Finance and Administration Specialist
Mukesh brings to table over 17 years of experience across varied sectors including the Public Health Department, Rajasthan. He is responsible for finance management, budgetary control, Finance Reporting, internal audit and compliance, inventory and office administration.
Mukesh holds a Postgraduate and Bachelors Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Business Administration; cleared his ICWA (Intermediate); and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India (ICSI). Before joining WISH, Mukesh was Manager-Finance & Administration with PSI (Population Services International). When not accounting, he is reading books or listening to music.
Human Resource and AdminitsrationManager, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Varsha manages the HR functions supporting a staff of 500 employees across Jaipur and field locations in Rajasthan. With over nine years of experience with MNCs as an HR Generalist, Varsha’s core competencies are tracking precise talent, providing in-depth HR training, payroll management, employee engagement and defining policies.
She holds a Post Graduate Degree in Rural Sociology;a MastersDegree in Business Administration;and a Masters Degree in Social Work with specialization in labour and industrial relations. Before joining WISH, Varsha worked with ISYS Softech Pvt. Ltd.

Dr Ambey Kumar Srivastava
Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Dr. Ambey is responsible for program monitoring, evaluation, research and quality data management. He holds a Ph.DDegree in Anthropology from University of Rajasthan, a Post Graduate Degree in Anthropology, and a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management. Before joining WISH, he servedas an MIS Officer at IIHMR University, Jaipur. Ambey brings to table 18 years of work experience across national and international not-for-profit organisations. He has published research articles on public health, community development, gender, HIV/AIDS and urban planning issues in international and national journals, magazines and books. When not diving into data, Ambey plays badminton and writes poems.
State Program and Technical Head, Rajasthan
Dinesh is responsible for the operations, capacity building, quality assurance and technical services provided at the PHCs of Rajasthan.
Dinesh brings with him over 15 years of experience in public health with competencies in program planning and management.
He holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, a Masters in Public Health from University of Leeds, UK, and a Post Graduation Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource. Before joining WISH, Dinesh worked as a State Technical Consultant at Columbia Global Centre, South Asia. He has co-authored various articles and case studies, published in various international and national journals and is a life member of Indian Public Health Association (IPHA); Nuffield Centre of Health and Research (NCHR); University of Leeds, UK Internal. Dinesh has been a Ford Foundation International Fellowship recipient (2009-10) and appointed as an External Assessor for the District Hospital Assessment under KayakalpKaryakram. When not working, he is watching movies.
